This policy explains how FateAI handles information created or actively provided while you use the site.
When you use charting, casting, card-draw, and AI interpretation features, you may actively enter a question, birth time, birthplace, gender, casting numbers, or other information used to generate a result. The platform does not require an account and does not actively collect sensitive identity data such as identity documents or street addresses.
To keep the site working normally, we store theme preferences and privacy-consent choices locally in your browser. This information is mainly kept on your device so you do not have to repeat settings on every visit. Choosing “necessary-only” does not load third-party analytics scripts.
When you choose “accept all” in the privacy banner, the site loads analytics scripts to measure visits, page paths, device and browser environments, helping us improve the site experience. This is non-essential; if you choose “necessary-only,” those analytics scripts are not loaded.
When you actively select AI interpretation, AI summary, or a similar action, the platform sends the necessary question, card layout, hexagram, or chart information to the server. Text is then generated by the server's configured model provider. Avoid entering highly sensitive information such as identity numbers, bank-card numbers, detailed addresses, or private medical history.
